Great gift shop and cafe. Delicious home made fresh decadent brownies!!

Nice friendly place. Beautiful and well kept. I would have given a 5 star but they were out of bottled water and bread. MY husband and I really wanted to try the grilled pb&j. However we did arrive a little more then a hour before closing.

I must take experience beautiful

Pricey, but fun to look at and see what else Smucker's brand is a associated with.

This is a great store full of Smucker's products and other products owned by Smucker's. As a Cuban American from Miami, I was thrilled to see Cuban coffee sold. Then again Smucker's owns Bustelo and Pilon. Well worth the visit.

Helpful friendly staff a great place to visit.

The cafe was so underwhelming. I imagined a menu with ten different types of PB and J's and a fancy setup. Everything else was cool love that mixed berry jelly.

Nice tourist trap. But enjoyed the nice selection of jams and jellies

Very nice store. Staff is friendly and the store is very clean. They have jellies and jams there that you cannot find in regular retail stores in our area. They almost always have samples out. Their little cafe is very nice to go to.

Anyone who loves jams and jellies should make sure to stop by this very charming store. It has every kind of flavor and style imaginable and then some! There are also different coffees, peanut butters, cake mixes and so much more. I was delighted by the selection of jellies in particular, most of which can't be found in traditional supermarkets. The different displays, warm atmosphere, various cooking and kitchen utensils as well as the inviting cafe also make this location a great place to explore.

Interesting place to visit, historical section showed different labeling over the years. Alot of merchandise for sale. The cafe had spectacular burgers! We had a large group visiting, had advance reservations, other groups there, too. Needed more help in cafe.

Everything Smuckers makes, markets, or distributes. Plus all kinds of Smuckers branded clothing, China, kitchenware, and other brands owned by Smuckers. A must see if heading to Amish country in Ohio.

They have a variety of items and holiday items. They have smuckers, Pillsbury, folgers, jiff, and others. They have food, decorations and utensils.

Good food at not normally high speciality stores prices. If you love any of these brands, you will love this place.

I thought the building was a really cool experience and tribute to what the Smucker Company has accomplished with their jam. I was only passing through so I'm not sure what all else there was to do but certainly I would like to see some more interactive things like factory tours, taste tastings, and having the original house open to the public.

Extremely clean inside and beautiful. We went in the end of Christmas and there were so many different things made by the Smuckers companies. Every type of jams, jellies and preserves. Apple butters to nut butters. Lots of tasty recipes and even a sundae bar that allows you to make it from every topping available. I definitely recommend it for anyone that remembers all those commercials about Orville and the Smuckers kids.

This place is so cute and charming! They sell lots of different jams and jellies from their different brands. I never knew Smuckers owned so many brands like Pillsbury and Folgers with lots of special flavors that aren't found anywhere else.

This is a nice stop. Just off of Route 30 between Canton and Wooster. Take the time to wander through the store for a bit. I wasn't aware of all the brands that are owned by the same company. You can get a sandwich and an ice cream sundae near the front of the store. Got my lunch here, then wondered around and grabbed a jar of JIF and some strawberry jam.

The store was clean and filled with some fun things. Little sections were portioned off with displays from brands like Folgers and Pillsbury as well as some housewares and a whole section for pets! I bought teeny tiny jars of Smuckers for gifts!

Great little place to explore

Very nice store and friendly staff. The pizza in the cafe is oven baked, which is good, the crust flavor was just overwhelming to taste with the toppings. But the ice cream is heaven.

Cute little store. Thought there would be more "Smuckers stuff". But good prices on flavors of jelly not always found at the grocery store. Fun little stop

Awesome place. Got some really nice things there. Was amazed they had the dog food I use and i got a real deal on it.

Very nice store. Lots of neat merchandise you cant find anywhere else. Miranda was particularly helpful.

I absolutely love coming here anytime we are heading to Amish country this is a must stop to first for our family. Love checking out all the new and different things you may not always find in a store.

I would give this place a higher rating, but they have since sold off the Pillsbury brand. Stopped here before to get hard to find Pillsbury products. But today's stop was a disappointed experience to find no baking products.

Great visit...how they make jam displays would be nice.

They have about the full range of Smuckers products. I can find preserves, which grocery stores don't stock much of. You can find more exotic flavors such as kiwis and mango.

An amazing place to visit and learn about this classic American family-run business. We came over the holidays, and there was a great variety of gifts to choose from including jam and peanut butter jars you could buy with your own picture on the label! (We got a lot of those.)I think that everyone in this country has probably had Smuckers at some point or other, and seeing the place where it all started, and where it continues, is both quite a delight and makes for very good stories :-)

Excellent selection and prices were good.

This was a really fun place to visit. I didn't realize Smuckers acquired so many companies. The prices seemed good and the selections were fantastic. Be sure and check out the Honey. They utilize small farms for their honey.

Worth stopping for a look. Broad selection of Smuckers products, some of which were new to me. Plan on about an hour or so unless you have a sundae too.

This is a great place. Anything you want Smuckers related, jelly or jam they have it. And, some very unique flavors your can't find elsewhere.

A different type of store. We enjoy going there when we are in town.

Who knew orrville, ohio, was the birth place of smuckers?!? This store and cafe also host a small walk through history room. The prices are incredible and the store exceptionally clean and organized. Staff was extremely nice and helpful, even got my cart for me. Only downsides were they don't have carts with toddler seats and there is very little paraphernalia.

I'm from the area and was back visiting home and didn't even know the place existed. We saw the place and stopped. All they need are some rides and they have a knott's berry farm. If you are a fan of jams and jellies then go and see.

I grew up with smuckers jams. It was fun going through It and sample tasting and walked out with several jams for future enjoyment.

On a tour trip and stopped here. Had a great time .

I just love it I'm ready to go back again.I found sugar free jelly ,yes I'm happy. I also found pineapple preserves. Smucker have a ketchup that's not found in the stores but you can order it on line it's very delicious. So many different jelly and preserves and gifts ideas .They also have other items like there was peanut butter and jelly socks got to have those.

A regular stop on our Amish country trips. Lots of jams, jellies and preserves and much more. Coffee, cake mixes...all things Pillbury, Folgers, and Jif. AND Smuckers is back to making their ketchup which I really liked.
